Interested in Pattern Testing?
Pattern testers are so valuable in the pattern development process! If you're interested in becoming a tester, check out the info below for current testing needs, make sure you can meet the requirements, and fill out the application. I hope we can work together to make the best patterns possible!
What's Involved?
If your application is accepted, I'll email you a PDF pattern that I've tested and has been tech edited. This is a volunteer position, but as a bonus, I'll include a coupon code for 10% off a fabric purchase from Stitcher's Garden :)
Then, you sew up a top by the deadline and provide feedback on any errors you find or clarifications you think are needed. As you're sewing or before launch, make at least one post on social media (more would be awesome, but I'm not trying to be greedy!). If you're interested in applying, check out the available patterns below and submit the application form at the bottom of the page.
Patterns In Development
-
Partially Plaid
This pattern is simple to sew, but falls into the confident beginner category because of the cutting and assembly organization required. Emphasize or de-emphasize the plaid effect and create your own version by substituting the focal blocks, this pattern is endlessly customizable.
Confident Beginner
Pattern Ready: June 13
Testing Due July 12 -
Look Up: Rainbow
Perfect for both a sweet baby quilt or a bright, bold, statement. The quarter circle blocks make this a confident beginner pattern - though don't let them intimidate you! It sews up quickly and is adorable with curved corners!
Confident Beginner
Pattern Ready: June 8
Testing Due July 5 -
Look Up: Treetop
Bold and graphic, this pattern evokes the leafy treetops. It provides plenty of practice sewing quarter circle blocks and requires attention to detail when assembling. Although, no one will notice if a block is turned the wrong way!
Intermediate
Pattern Ready: June 14
Testing Due July 17
