CAN I BUY A PRINTED PATTERN?

Currently, I only offer digital PDF patterns on my website. Physical versions may be on the way through quilt shops, I'll keep you posted!

I'M USING A PATTERN AND I HAVE A QUESTION!

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER OR SHIPPING METHOD?

Maybe. Maybe not. It depends what stage of production your item(s) are in. Email me and let me check for you. i do my best to accommodate requests.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Yes! Click here to purchase e-Gift Cards! Once purchased, you will receive an email with all the information you need. You may then forward the gift card to your recipient of choice.

WHY DOES IT TAKE A WEEK OR MORE TO SHIP SOME ITEMS?

Our non-stocked products are manufactured after you place an order. They are made just for you! And that takes some time.

DO YOU SELL INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately, not at this time. We currently sell only within the United States. In the future, we expect to operate worldwide.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

If you've ordered a digital item, you'll receive access right away. If you've ordered a physical item, our goal is to ship all orders within 5-7 business days, usually sooner.

Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and the holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow an extra 1-2 `business days for order processing. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

We currently offer only standard shipping but are rolling out cart features as we can and expedited shipping on mainland orders will happen very soon!

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

When your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey online. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Yes, however there is no expedited shipping option available for APO/FPO addresses.

IS IT STILL POSSIBLE TO GET MY ORDER BEFORE CHRISTMAS AFTER THE HOLIDAY SHIPPING CUTOFF?

Yes, we will still try our best to get orders placed after the holiday shipping cutoff to you in time for Christmas but please note that it is not guaranteed.
